Glad the game is over. The thing is, if we had drew, I wouldn't of been too disappointed. It's usually an horrible game with not many goals. It's the best we've played in a second city Derby for years. Grealish is a class act in this division, and he's put his best run of games together since coming back from injury. Blues will stay up. Who knows if we will go up, but play offs are pretty much guaranteed.

We are not.we've had our moments and at times we've had an half decent mob, was never consistent on a weekly basis, but not had anything worth of note for years now. Early 2000s we had some good turn outs. Don't believe everything that you hear off blues though, they are full of shit.
Can't think of any clubs that are at it every week now, too many cameras and too many officers about.

Even back in the day we weren't. Was mostly a part time mob who showed up for certain games. We've got more about us than that though. It's all that blues live off, because they have fuck all else.

Flat, lethargic, dispirited performance from us, very poor and very disappointing. I struggle to think of a worse Blues performance in a Derby game, we lacked all the things we are good at. Villa deservedly won but I don’t think they played especially well either, just way too easy for them.

I wonder why you have a gripe Blademan....

Only got yourself to blame.

Wasn't on about myself, plus you have absolutely no idea what happened or where it happened or why it happened.

And you have absolutely no idea about me or any fine aspect of my life, so you can fuck right off by trying to imply I'm a "grass". Moron.

Don’t pretend there’s not a scummy element within your fan base because there is. Remember when Tracie Andrews killed her boyfriend who was a Blues fan. Villa would chant “Tracie Andrews is our friend, she kills ‘noses. Let her out to kill some more.”

After Karren Brady had a miscarriage, “Karren Brady, where’s ya baby gone..."

Mocking Dwight Yorke’s disabled son. “Dwight Yorke, wherever you may be, your missus is a slut and your kid can’t see.”

When members of Aliou Cisse’s family drowned in a ferry disaster; “Cisse’s family’s at the bottom of the sea.” Sung to the Yellow Submarine.

Never really thought of Villa as a massively troublesome club tbh.

They prefer to smash up toilets and rip out seats than face real confrontation, anything inanimate and cannot hit back is fair game.

It's all that blues live off, because they have fuck all else.
Apart from having won more than you this century. Ask Newcastle, Bristol City, Wolves, Rotherham, etc. who they thought were the best supported away fans were at their ground last season.

We've got our fair share of scum bags, and I'd never ever defend shit like that. It's disgraceful. I was on about firm wise. Villa have turned up at blues plenty of times over the years, so fuck off with your bullshit about not wanting confrontation. You are known for causing trouble, and that's it. Villa park is a much friendlier place, ask fans of every club.

El Guapo, there has been enough bitching on this site lately, and can't be arsed with it. Good luck with the rest of the season pal, and try not to get relegated ;)

There were zero ejections and zero arrests at Villa Park last year, and zero arrests again yesterday as confirmed by WMP. The Fake News Media ran with the narrative of that there was ‘disgusting scenes’ before we played Millwall, when in reality it was just Blues chanting a few songs on the way to London Bridge. Can't recall there being any real trouble involving Blues since that infamous 'Battle of Rocky Lane' in 2002. Loud and boisterous at times, but 'known for causing trouble' is a bit wide of the mark.

Yep, no trouble yesterday, but are you surprised? WMP do a superb job at villa park of making sure there is no trouble. Its a completely different story at your place though, and why is that? We've been a no show at your place the last two visits to be fair. The league cup game at our place was again a no show from us, and the police did well to contain you, even though it was a massive inconvenience for villa fans living north of the city. I had a right game getting back home that night. You still have a big hooligan element, but times have changed. Regarding Millwall away, I know it was a load of bollocks. If you're after trouble, you don't go to London Bridge that's for sure. It was just a load of pissed up footy fans having a sing song.

Huge miss by Gallagher. That could of changed the game. That black lad you had upfront played well first half, can't remember his name. I thought we played pretty well if I'm being honest. It's always a much tougher game at your place though.

Boga looks good when he runs with the ball but has a frustrating habit of running into dead ends and losing possession. Expected more from Maghoma on the other side who has been excellent lately but looked anonymous. Massively disappointing performance overall. Substitutions of Jota & Adams came way too late to salvage a draw.

A rather enjoyable Sunday. Still getting my voice back. Few beers in town before the game then over to a raucous Villa Park. Local boy Grealish ran the show, as he's doing every game at the moment. We don't even let them celebrate a goal against us any more. That must be horrible.

Of course, despite a seventh win on the trot, in a derby, with the win elevating us to second place, the day was entirely soured by Blues taking the moral victory. Like they do every season.

"you've spent £100mn"
"we never see you in town"
"you're all from Lichfield"
"but our fans sang more"

Weird, weird club with absolutely nothing going for it, hence the unquantifiable myths they come out with every season. Bigger story tellers you shall not meet.

Personally didn't see a single nose all day in town, mutes in the ground and an empty away end, but full coaches, with 15 minutes to play. Beautiful. Digbeth is theirs.

Forward to 3:55. Being a Cockney, you would have got the train in from Euston before boarding another train to Aston/Witton. It was full of Blues at New Street

We've always looked down on blues, and they have always tried to play the salt of the earth real brummie club. Both clubs have got different images. Some of the shit they come out with is ridiculious though. Same as the way some of our fans think we are still a top 5/6 club.

Undisputed, pal. We are a proper Birmingham club. We both know it.

Villa are traditionally a Staffordshire based club, the boundary of Aston/Witton was absorbed into Birmingham in 1911, by that time you had already won most of your trophies. It shows insecurity and desperation when you’ve got grown men who are not from Birmingham chanting ‘the City Is ours’. Be proud of your roots.

That was less than an hour before KO in fairness, were you not allowed to drink in Witton on the day or what?

You went against your word and used the city name. Plenty of villa in brum, and you know it.

There were two trains at 10:57 and 11:26. Away at Villa, Blues pre-drink in the City centre.

Do you ever go Briar Rose? I went in there last time for Brum away but apparently they don't let football fans in anymore.

Shit pub really isn't it but it's alright when it's full of away fans. Our fans always let flares off and stuff in the tent, this year we were watching the scores come in and Cardiff let in a late goal away from home

Yeah, shite. The pub opposite used to be the one I used, but it closed down, so went elsewhere.
