It is James Brown is not it ? But yes, it is terrible.

We stole it from Aston Villa when we played them in a League Cup semi final 25 years ago, so it does not even have any real relation to the club or its history. I have always hated it.

On the other hand, the strains of the Rockford Files are a foretaste of heaven.

Rockford Files and Theme Of A Local Hero yes, I Feel Good no. Wish we'd bin the goal music, and start playing Knopfler again at the end of games.

You never mentioned ipswich did ,you mind you it wont affect your lot ,now they are a special club some of my first memories of footy on tv

1. Commemorative statues. Just about the only time when i'm ok with this is when the person being commemorated truly deserves it (SAF, Clough, etc)
2. Managers and their assistants incessantly hounding the match officials.
3. Goalkeepers faking injuries so the boss can have a word with the outfield players.
4. Air raid sirens.
5. Glory hunters.

And that's just the one club. More to follow.

I think some have taken the statue thing a little too far!

A big bug for me is "Sweet Caroline". I'm sick of hearing it at football matches. We play it at the end of virtually every game we win. How the fuck did this come to be form of anthem for any amount of sporting success!!!!

I don't hate goal music as a whole, albeit the Lincoln air-raid siren on getting a corner is a step too far. But it wouldn't be the same without James Brown, even if we score a shitty concellation off the ref's arse whilst getting thrashed, you can smile at the irony. Can't do that with Chelsea Dagger, teams that use it drive me mad, likewise walking out the Liquidator - you're Northampton, not Chelsea!!

A few years ago, I'd have a list of complaints as long as my arm on things that Tranmere do that drive me mad, but we're on the up and they've mostly been sorted. But yeah, take Norwood off free kicks!

A song our fans sings annoys me. The the Wonder of you by Elvis, they sing yellows yellows between every line then finish with because we're Amber we're amber and blue
