This sums the prem and its challenges up to me. Two teams who had pretty lofty (by non elite) expectations heading into the season with hope and optimisium from fans. One has looked poor and disjointed early. Whilst the other have attracted mostly positive recognition, especially on the back of last week.

A win for West Ham though and they'd leap frog Wolves. As early as it is a loss would change the perspective at Wolves.

Both teams have frailties. Boly looked much better last two though and Coady seems to be settling to the pace. Starting to believe the hype of Patricio too. Yet am still not convinced our defence is up to this level for this sort of more open game plan.

West Ham 1-2 Wolves is my optimistic prediction.
2-2 would be my non bias guess.

Going to be a nightmare getting there. Euston is closed so going to be a last minute decision whether to drive or train it.

Think there will be goals. Very confident after last weeks showing. The longer it stays 0-0 the better for us I think. West Ham fans have a reputation for being displeased if they aren't 5-0 up at HT.

West Ham 1-2 Wolves.

I have always seen parallels with West Ham to us. Seem to have a false belief in their place in modern football, due to past accomplishments. History is nice but I'd rather measure dicks by my own, rather than talk about my granddads!

Train from Watford junction to Harrow & Wealdstone, H&W to Paddington and then to Stratford,(1hour 15min) alternatively drive to Stratford and get secure parking within walking distance to stadium Park here

2-1 win to ⚒️

The most intriguing game of the Saturday kick offs because I think this will be very competitive and tell us a lot about where both teams are right now. I think Wolves have more to offer up front, though I like Arnautović, always a threat when he is on song.
Both teams have looked a tad sketchy in defence at times, so there will be goals I'm sure. If Wolves get the first goal and quieten the crowd in that big old stadium West Ham might struggle. An early home goal will lift the crowd though, they need to get behind the team today. All things considered, a draw looks to be on the cards....

Slow start by Spam, Wolves look very"together", a clear game plan. Interesting to see where this one goes...

Well done Wolves, excellent away win, West Ham came back second half but lacked cohesion in defence. Massive three points for the men in gold, absolute sh*te for the men in claret. It could have been more if Jiménez had buried that sitter, West Ham have some defensive flaws to 'iron out' (geddit?) in the next couple of weeks. Wolves look every part contenders in the PL, no fear of relegation I'd say. :ohy:

Delighted. Missed the goal as my little girl wanted to watch Thomas the Tank engine. Original series, great to see Toby the tram getting moved to Sodor though to work the road transit line. Holding his own already too with the established trains.

What a day. Beautiful day out in the capital and a last minute winner for our first 3 points of the season. Days like today is why I love football.

Really important for Wolves to get that first win. West Ham... wtf? My tip for 7th is looking gone already. 0 points at home to Bournemouth and Wolves.
There's always clubs that struggle when have trouble behind the scenes but after their positive summer I thought that was behind them. Or maybe this is the season they drop?

So what has happened since your insightful posts from gameweek 2?

Your transfer activity was woeful - it just isn't a squad capable of grinding results at this level. Your best shot is giving Big Sam a huge kitty for christmas.

Joao Moutinho has been given man of the match in his last two games. Rui Patricio has made some wordie saves that kept us in the game vs Man City and West Ham. Adama Traore gets the winner for us today coming on from the bench. Raul Jiminez has been brilliant too, massive step up on what we had.

Anything else you want to englighten us on?

Moutiniho has been exceptional. Bad miss from Jiminez today but he has just been a complete upgrade on Bonatini (good assist from him mind) our fans moaning about a goal scorer don't get our system at all. Jiminez can easily get combined 15 goals and assists from his role which would be massive for what we are aiming for.

Wolves have shown West Ham that it is possible to spend a hell of a lot of money on a whole new squad and still look good.

Jota's been the one disappointment for me so far (probably because I had him in fantasy football). Looks like Troare may replace him soon anyway I'm guessing?

They didn't. Thx.

West Ham? Either they are simply shite or they want back to the Championship because the temptation to play against Millwall is too mouth-watering.

Not sure Nuno quite trusts Traore with the defensive side of the system yet. With you on Jota, given how important he was to Porto I was convinced he would take to the prem easily. Not playing terrible but at fault for holding the ball too long and not getting into scoring positions.

Wow you're sad - 1am on a sat night and you're busy thinking of me...

In case you haven't worked it out you oaf I couldn't give two shits about Wolves. Call my posts the resistance to your compliment begging posts that have plagued this forum all summer.

The objective was to wind your simple head up. Seeing as you now like every post directed at me that's remotely negative (anywhere on the forum) and are thinking about me 1am on a sat night I've succeeded. Most men would be trying to get their D sucked but you'd rather defend the wolves on an internet forum against someone who hasn't watched a game of theirs for years & years. Keep on achieving Mark.

 I've been in London all day watching my team and having a great time along the way, don't you worry about that. Most people having their D sucked.. is that seriously your response to what I posted? Jesus Christ.

And to say you don't care about Wolves, you cared enough to bombard our previous match threads when we were losing. This pathetic charade you put up pretending to know what you talking about and then use excuses like 'I don't care about Wolves' when you get called out for your constant bullshit. If we had lost this game you would be all over this thread. Absolute weapon.

You by your own admission had a great day in London seeing your team win it's first PL game of the season yet I was still on your mind 8 hours after the event. Me, a stranger on an internet forum who hasn't watched a Wolves game for years, was on your mind 1am on a sat night. Come on man you know this isn't the way to live your life.

I'm genuninely perplexed to what argument you're trying to make here. Would it have been better if I posted an hour after the game, or 3 weeks from now maybe? Is my point less valid because I posted it when I got home at 1am? I think this is the most ridiculous discussion I've had on here

You would be more respected if you held your hands up and admitted you made a fool out of yourself, but I cannot see that happening.

I've got you liking every post against me and thinking about me before you go to bed. My objective has been realised better than I could have imagined. It wasn't about Wolves, why aren't you getting it...

If your objective on here is to wind people up rather than discuss genuine matters at hand I'd suggest to look at your own 'life' before criticizing others. You obviously know nothing about football, you're so out of your depth here it isn't true.
