We are almost 1 month away from kick of – when Russia will take on Egypt in the FIFA World Cup. The excitement is beginning to build as many of the league campaigns around the world are slowly coming to an end. World Cup tips is a great platform to visit if you are looking to make world cup free bets and are not sure who to put your money on. World cup tips has a panel of experts who give their opinions on all the games for the upcoming tournament. Why take a risk and bet your hard-earned money on a side that stands no chance of winning, when you can get expert opinions and give yourself a better chance of making money come the world cup.

Many football fans eyes have been glued to their screens for the last 9 months watching their clubs either fight for the title or battle their way in a bid to survive. The English Premier League for one has been quite exciting as it dwindles to an end. Manchester City have been on another level this year and have been almost untouchable as they rocketed to the title with 6 matches still to play. Pep Guardiola has been influential as his side have out classed their opponents in most of their matches. They have played some world class football and have improved in a number of positions that last season they seemed to be struggling. Pep signed top quality full backs and centre backs to strengthen his defence and also spent big to improve the goal keeping situation. This has shown as Man City have kept many clean sheets this season and have not looked as open at the back as they did in previous campaigns. If you want to be on the world cup this season, go to world cup tips and get and idea of who to bet on.

In the relegation battle, Stoke City have already sealed their fate and will be plying their trade in the Championship in next years campaign. They will be devastated as they have been in the top flight for 10 seasons and always looked like a sure bet of staying up, until this season where they conceded way too many goals and couldn’t score on the other end. The other sides battling it out in the relegation battle is West Brom, Swansea, Southampton and Huddersfield. Only two of these teams will be relegated but they are all fighting to the death to stay in the most elite league in the world. With the amount of money available today in TV rights in the English Premier League, it is essential to stay up!

At least we will not have three months in the abyss when the league ends, but rather we can start preparing to shout for our favourite players in the greatest competition in world football – The FIFA World Cup.

Actually, Russia kick off the World Cup against Saudi Arabia, not Egypt.

Yes, it's free! All you have to do is take a picture of yourself. Don't smile, send the form and they'll send it to you asap. Get moving though, it starts in a month!

Here's something to wet your whistle's in preparation for the World Cup, the Battle of Santiago in 1962 (start it about a minute in), and 'enjoy'. Coleman's introduction is a work of art.

Thank you. I looked it up too. And I also found out that it actually gives very many advantages. Like, for instance, discounts in eateries! Could you guess?

Haha. I say! Actually, it popped up somewhere that they are going to maintain a website with all the advantages of a FanId (like, a list of discounts and etc). BTw, in terms of transportation, you know about free public transport by your fanID, right? That in the tube, for instance

Still waiting for a ticket for our game. Going to the central Russia but not sure of a ticket! Either way, it should be good fun.

Do share that website once you get it. To me it ensures a safe passage into the country and enables you to attend games. The visa clerk did tell me something about commute but I don't know for sure (don't really care until I get there tbh, I'm more of a enjoy the moment and don't plan too much kind of fan).

Dirk World Cup stunning moments. Remember this mate? I remember it well myself

Sorry for the late reply. Just found this thread (although it's a sticky I overlooked it somehow)

Of course I remember, Salty. It's part of our " Dutch-German folklore" as well as the Koeman incident of 1988.

, at least there's no bastard Dutch at this one eh? ;)

and no italians either. So it's already a good World Cup for us Germans, no matter the outcome. Both Archrivals not qualified.

btw: I own the mentioned book from Simon Kuper "Football against the Enemy" for more than 2 decades

I can't recall ever having this little interest going into the opening day of a World Cup. I'd be surprised if I end up watching more than a handful of matches which is a sad state of affairs. I'm hoping my interest is piqued by something along the way.

It's really not helped by the shit, characterless England team we have managed by a shit, non-entity of a man.
