West Indies have let the Aussies back in the game having had them 90-5.

West Indies v the Aussies going right to the wire.

Starc just got 2 wickets in an over including Holder so has he put the tie towards the latter.

See today that South Africa rejected AB for this world cup. Not looking such a wise move now. I understand he retired and shouldn't just walk back into the team but SA pretty much only have 4 batsmen that are above the level of crap and AB is still one of the best batsmen on the planet, especially in one dayers.

De Kock
Markram (second spinner)
Faf
AB
Van Der Dussen
Miller
Duminy/Morris
Phehlukwayo
Ngidi
Rabada
Tahir

That team would easy make the semi-finals. Amla is finished at the top imo.

Roy back to his powerful best and Buttler still dominating on one leg.

Going to be an England win but credit to Shakib for another impressive innings .

Aussies look very strong. Batting, bowling fielding. When your number 8 is hitting 90+ then that sends out a big statement. Starc is world class.

India are the team to beat IMO but there are a lot of strong sides this time round. Any of India, us, NZ, Australia & Pakistan can beat each other on any given day. Consistently I'd say Eng & India are the two best but it's all about how you do on the day as we saw in the last Champions Trophy where we flunked against Pakistan.

England are an outrageously good batting side but I fear for the bowling, it lacks consistency and I think this is where we'll come undone. I don't think we'll win the WC, I'll put it out there now...

Only had 3 games too so lost a fair chuck of revenue ..

Going to be rain affected for a couple of days .

So guess all teams will be affected ?
They've gone with all the southern venues early on hoping it will be better weather, not going too well so far, think tommorrow and Thursday will both be rain affected too, we should be fine on Friday.

Yes - heard it was actually better in the north!

Sri Lanka have had 2 games abandoned and another reduced in overs.

I read somewhere Pakistan fans were complaining England and India hadn't had any issues with the weather in their games so far!
