My first game at the home of football this weekend. The last 4 seasons that I have been attending have been absolutely awful at home and we have lost to some truly horrific sides.

Hopefully we can turn this relatively poor run of form around and get a much needed 3 points on board. It won't be easy. Plymouth apparently wiped the floor with us in the scab.com trophy and we were half-arsed, which I am pleased about.

I haven't been following Plymouth too closely this season but I believe they are further down the table that they would like given pre-season optimism down Devon way.

Zakuani appears to be the no-nonsense defender we have needed after Dion Conroy's injury but our previously excellent match winners such as Isgrove and Anderson's form has dropped and we've begun to look more like a mid-table outfit ourselves.

I'm going to predict an entertaining 1-1 draw, both goals coming from the spot.

Not looking forward to this one. Last night’s horror show is still fresh in my mind.

I know 7 or 8 of those who played won’t be playing Saturday, but the attitude is worrying.

The wheels on the bus have come off! Defeat.

Will be typical of us to go and lose this now after pissing it during the week.

We really need a good October.

Looking forward to this one I must admit. Mass changes for both sides on Tuesday but the way in which our fringe players disposed of Swindon has given both the team and the fans a boost. Going to be a tough game but I fancy us to nick this one I must say.

Looking forward to this one, although I’m working so can’t attend.

Hopefully we can keep Doyle quiet. Should be a good game with two sides trying to play the right way, which will suit us.

I’ll go for a high scoring 3-2 win.

Forecast is for showers tomorrow so for Plymouth fans who have tickets on the Stratton Bank, you are going to get wet!

As ID has mentioned, apparently the toilet facilities are pathetic with a handful of portaloos.

For those fans travelling, have a safe trip up and back.

Not overly confident. Seem to have lost our way slightly. Feel like it's a big period leading up to Christmas for Wellens in terms of support from the fans. If we start sliding down towards mid table and beyond the natives will soon be up in arms again.

Plymouth are one of those teams I never fancy us to beat. The 2-3's have lived with me as I went to both.

Will go for a 2-2 draw here.

That’s the difference for us at the moment.. Rudden misses a good 1v1 and Doyle goes up the other end and scores.

Need a goalscorer in Jan.

Well positives are that it’s 1 defeat in 5 now in the league.

Need to start turning some of these draws into wins if we want to be at the right end of the table come May.

Probably take a draw. Edged the first half, Plymouth better in the second. We looked knackered at the end.

Another mid table performance from us. Plymouth could/should have won that.

I think a draw a fair result. My walk to the CG was altered somewhat as the police were surrounding a bloke lying on the floor in the recovery position. There was 8 riot vans parked by the Magic Roundabout outside the ground so clearly some nastiness had taken place.

The game itself was fairly enjoyable, I felt we just shaded the first half although Plymouth will probably feel they should have been ahead, Rudden spurning a couple of decent chances. Doyle then showed him how it should be done with a lovely dink over the keeper after a nice breakaway.

Second half Plymouth came out 5 minutes prior to us and they played like it. We were sluggish in the first quarter of the second half and Plymouth controlled it. They eventually got the equaliser, a lovely finish from a patient move. Deserved. Woolery then missed a very presentable chance and Benda saved well from Sarkevic (I think it was) but both sides seemed to be happy with the point.

A few points of note that I recall.

* The Plymouth fan who decided to hold onto the ball dancing around like a wally whilst our keeper stood and watched him. It was 1-0 and he was wasting his own team's time!! Another fan took umbridge and whacked the ball out of his hands.
* Whilst keen not to talk too much about referees, this one I thought was niggly and inconsistent. For example Rudden blocked a quick free kick in the first half and was continually gobbing off to the ref, yet Baudry was booked for blocking a free kick in the second half, (for what I believe) his first offence. Its this inconsistency which infuriates fans.
* The Plymouth sub on about 60 minutes was right below us in the stand furthest away from the managers benches, yet when walking off was told by the lino to go off the other side of the pitch, which of course meant he had to sprint across the pitch. Was this for safety reasons? (i.e he would have had to walk off in front of our fans)
Our PA announcer telling the Plymouth fans about 10 times in the second half that their train would leave Swindon station at 5.40, did he think they had amnesia?

Good luck Plymouth fans for the rest of the season - think you'll be there or thereabouts this season, your number 7 impressed me in the second half.

This is becoming all too familiar. How long until argyle ‘should have won that’ just becomes a trait? All good looking pretty but we have to start turning draws into wins.

Cutting edge needed! 2 home games in a row now that we need to pick up 6 points from heading into the Exeter match.

Not got enough up front. Rudden scored 13 last season in the Scottish Championship but lacks composure infront of goal. Need Dom Telford back, he looked very good.

Also think ideally we need Baxter, Mayor and Cooper on the pitch together as often as possible. Even with poor finishers they should create enough chances.

You looked very neat and tidy and, 2nd half especially, controlled the game. You looked like a goal was coming, which it did, but there wasn’t ever much of a feeling you’d get another.

In fact, we spurned the best chance just after you equalised - but us winning that would have been an injustice.
