No idea......that's what make them interesting.

Scunny seem to be in the best form though but you only need a bit of bad luck, a poor refereeing decision or a couple of bad injuries and a whole seasons hard work is up in smoke.

I think from a fan's view, we all of course want to win, there's no better feeling than winning at Wembley.

But all you can wish for is for your team to give it their best shot, if that's not good enough so be it.

May the best team win, but I do hope it's us.

Complete lottery, could be any one. Hoping it's Charlton as they're the biggest club, and if their takeover goes through they could be a big force next season.

I'd quite like Charlton to come up. Another London club and guaranteed 4/6 points a season.

Shame Plymouth didn't sneak in, fancy Charlton though. Been much improved since they got rid of that Scouse moron they had before.

Got to say Scunny were claimihg it was a great win at ours and they looked meh to me. We’ve lost 11/23 games this season and that was one of the few I felt genuinely aggrieved about.

Would like Shrewsbury to go up on merit but I doubt they will. Will be either Rovrum or Charlton.

From what I've seen Rotherham have impressed me the most, so them.

It was a great win. We jumped above you into 3rd and won despite playing incredibly defensively. Our team has changed quite a lot since then too. The return of Ivan Toney saved our season. I'm not very confident about the play-offs but if he plays then we have a chance against anybody.

I get your thought process but we’ve been awful all season at home and were obviously in a false position at the time. I came away from that game thinking Scunny weren’t very good and we were worse.

I’ve nothing against Scunthorpe, in fact they’ve had some City legends like McArdle and Beagrie turn out for them. Don’t mind Glanford Park as we usually take a decent following there. But they just seem to be one of those teams who spend a lot of money but remain small time. Similar to Rotherham really who I also don’t want to get promoted.

Sounds a bit bitter, like a club that hasn't played above the third tier in 15 years.

Rotherham, to make a triumphant return for all three relegated clubs from last season's Championship.

Mind you, I predicted Plymouth and Portsmouth to make the final two playoff places not so long ago :cool1:

We’ve achieved more in last five years than Rotherham have managed in their entire history.

If you mean getting to a League Cup final, we were the first ever club to do it, flower?

If you mean getting high gates but turning over less than Bury and Rochdale,ok.

Your point was I’m bitter because we’ve not had a season in 15 years getting humped by the likes of Ipswich and Reading which is what would happen if we went up. When instead we’ve had days and nights that you’d have wet dreams about. Never mind eh.

Eh? You're not making sense. Even if I were to be jealous of your nights out in Accrington and Luton, we've been in the bottom tier too. Is your name Charlie Nicholas.

LOL wtf is this lad on, got to be one of the most laughable things ive read on this forum. Haven't we finished higher in the league pyramid than your in the last 5 seasons or did I just dream that.

On the one hand I'd like to see Rotherham win this, on the other I'd like them to stay in this division as a local derby.

Did you thick twats forget we got to a cup final and beat the English champions in their own backyard while you were struggling to avoid completing the worst ever season by a tier 2 side?

Also was my post really as laughable as a grown man using LOL unironically?

Only thick twat is you, its already been mentioned that we came runners up in the same cup in our history so start looking up some facts before you spout some rubbish in future otherwise you just look an idiot. Even a one off victory against the champions has probably been done by hundreds of clubs, probably including ourselves but I can't be arsed to find that one out.

Whilst I and most other City fans are fed up that we've been stuck in the shit leagues for the last 15 years, it's a bit rich being mocked by Rotherham fans for it. In my living memory we've spent 8 years in the top 2 flights including two years in the premier league and beating Liverpool on the final day to stay up. A cup final from been in the 4th tier, and been 2 down to the champions elect inflicting their first home loss of the season. Plus other promotions, but meh compared to some off them achievements.

Meanwhile Rotherham have had a couple of years surviving in the second tier before been total humiliated last season, and are probably considered the worst team to grace that level in a long time, wow jealous of that.

You’ve made me research it and even if you take our League Cup final appearances as equal we got to the 6th round of the FA Cup when we beat Chelsea which Rotherham have never done. So it’s factually accurate to say we’ve achieved ‘more’ in the last 5 years than Rotherham have done in their history, all while being a shite lower league side. Bit embarrassing really. Anyway I’ve finished shitting up the thread for now, my apologies.
