If your entire squad had a virus when he arrived with you he wouldn't catch it!
Even in the warm ups he didn’t fill me with confidence, he was fumbling in tame shots in that before the Port Vale game.
Perhaps just low confidence and in of a run of games dunno.
I know you guys need a back up keeper
He impressed me when he was at Oxford a few years ago. Like you say could just be low on confidence. We’ll definitely be after a keeper either way

Our back up keeper we signed for a month is out injured now, to be honest I reckon DF might be after a number one keeper not a backup.

Our young lad up top Graham is injured alongside Davies so we only have two legitimate strikers and one of them could be recalled up to the 15th.

And we need cover for CB, I’m expecting 3 signings this month.
Fatcroft is ALWAYS after a keeper

It’s a legitimate concern though, our #1 is out for a year, our #2 doesn’t suit our ‘play it from the back’ style of play and our new #2 is only on a months contract and just got a nasty concussion.

Looks like we are clearing out all our "non league" players.

Ritchie Sutton gone to Morecambe.
Cole Stockton to Wrexham
Ryan Williams released

Wouldnt be surprised to see Jay Harris sent somewhere for the remainder of this season either, we are looking at a centre mid from Man Utd.

Thank god for that, I was getting worried about him. I don't have Instagram, so make sure you give us hourly updates. Maybe a bit more detail as well. What's he up to? Where's he staying or getting food? ;)

Doesn’t sound like we want anyone other than Rhys Healey in this window, which is alright because Cardiff seem like they want to leave it to the last minute and we can manage without him for a few games. That plays into our hands really as I highly doubt anyone else would be happy to wait until the end of January to see if they get him or not.

Other than that I’d ideally like some defensive cover but with injuries coming back I guess we’ve got enough cover all over the pitch. I did hear Surridge mentioned but I do t think the interest goes beyond ‘oh we were outbid by Preston for Stockley when they offered 5x the wages we did, who else could we bring in?’

Us and Swindon are after Burnley young full back Ali Koiki. Apparently some L1 clubs are sniffing around too.

Not really sure we need another left back but if he’s an upgrade on what we have then fair enough.
Coming here thankfully. Been desperate for a left back all season.

As with all of our loan signings of young players from Premier/Championship clubs, he is 'highly rated' by his manager. I'm waiting for the day we sign a loan player from say Spurs and they say 'yeah we don't rate him, Swindon is probably his level' etc.

Wellens has said that he doesn't want Taylor at LB, which is sensible as his lack of pace as an attacking LB is never going to work. This new lad sounds promising. If we can get Sid Nelson permanently I'll be a lot happier.

It's quite a concern tbh.

Feel bad for Kean, he really hasn't had much luck.

I'd prefer us to be going for a new no 1 keeper. Logan isn't good enough in general - nice lad, but no ta.

A 6ft 5 lanky centre forward isn’t exactly what we need to replace what we’ve lost if we’re wanting to continue playing in the style we’ve been recently
According to both Darren Kelly who managed him at Hyde, and Paul Murray who knew him as an academy prospect at Hartlepool he does have pace and chases and harries defenders.

We've signed Rushian Hepburn-Murphy from Villa on loan until the end of the season.

We apparently beat Charlton and Coventry to his signature which has to be down to Calderwoods contacts.

We're in desperate need to reinforcements, would expect a couple of incomings this week. Also expect to hear what will happen with McCartan and Wharton's loans. Whilst the latter hasn't played much we could do with him for next week with Shackell suspended.

They lied. Unless today someone put lead in his boots. He’s not carthorse slow but he’s certainly not quick. Won’t worry many defenders.

Typical Carlisle United. Get into a good league position, January comes, best players leave, we replace them with inferior quality or not at all, we lose our momentum and turn back to shit. Frustrating.
