After an extremely professional win on Saturday we are looking for 4 wins in all competitions and 2 away wins on the bounce. With results going our way we will be in the playoffs come 9:30pm
I expect the same lineup tonight as per saturday. Defense looking pretty good, Burgess and Clarke are up there with the best centre back pairing in the division, wingers causing problems and Hawkins stepping up in Pitmans absence. Donny look like they are struggling with injuries with only 1 recognised striker fit/available and captain out too. Boosted with the return of Chaplin to the bench, i'm going for a 2-0 win - Hawkins and Lowe

McGee
Thompson Burgess Clarke Donahue
Close O'Keefe
Lowe Bennett Kennedy
Hawkins

It's difficult to be able to name our starting line-up given the injuries and suspensions. Youngsters upfront coupled with no desire to shoot when the opportunity presents itself should mean it's Pompey's games to lose.

Tuesday nights away from home aren't generally good, but we're playing OK at the moment. Donny's forward line is depleted which further improves our chances. If Rovers score, at least we'll be spared one of Marquis's weird goal celebrations as he's suspended.

I'm going for a rare 2-1 away win prediction (Hawkins and Kennedy)

2-0 in five minutes I’m not sure who was more shocked our fans or Pompey. Not a lot happened after that until Lawlor’s howler which will be shown again and again, never thought Portsmouth would score up to that point. After there only looked one winner until Donoghue got sent off (lost Portsmouth the game with his stupidity) Lawlor made amends at the death with a fine save. Welcome 3 points but we look a very poor side.

Sounded like a poor game. Can't remember the last time we were pretty much out of the running after 4 minutes. Donny tried their best to let us back in it with a youtube classic own goal but the stupid sending off finished us off.

This was a great time to play Rovers with their injuries/suspensions and us coming off two straight wins. Just like last season we did a great job of bending over for them. One draw from our last five meetings. Starting to hit bogey team levels.

Just when you think we've turned a corner we implode! Pompey all over. Doesn't make any sense. Can't blame the travelling. You wonder about the motivation of some players to come out and lose a game in the first 5 minutes
