2 fresh managers to the league both with good starts to the campaign

didn't catch the Derby game but I think our win against Stoke was a fair bit more routine than their win

however will be a tough game for both teams I suspect

1-1 draw, Bamford to score ours

2-1 Leeds, reckon it'll take us a while to get our groove under FL. A lot of new players need to hit the ground running if we're going to take anything here.

Tomorrow's my last night in Vietnam so would be sweet to top a few bevvies off with a win too.

0-1 Leeds Kev, Bielsaball in full flow. 3/1 a massive price.

Close call. I'd take a scruffy draw but still slightly in shock at how well we played against Stoke...had to have a lie down for 24hrs.

Klich with a 25 yarder to open the game 1-0

Why is that Lampard signed about 10 players but only 1 (I may be slightly wrong) defender or even defensive player? Seems very strange

Leeds looking unreal, 4-1 away at Derby is some statement.
Tbf, Reading could and should have been three up at half time last week against them. I'm not usually confident against sides in this league, but I think we'll beat Derby comfortably next week. Lampard doesn't seem to have figured out the basics yet.

Half of them haven't had a full pre season, three of them came in 72 hours ago.. what sort of cohesion would they bring? I haven't watched a thing tonight but it's quite evident this side needs some games together.

Leeds sound class, we sound like I expected at this point.

Same as last season with Leeds taking the league by storm. They obviously have a top manager now, so things may turn out different. Derby look shite and their usual boring selves.

except last season we played 4 of the bottom 6 in our first 6 games, this season we've battered a promotion favourite in Stoke, and apparently the next best young manager in the game Frank Lampard, both teams hot favourites

No doubt you're on fire at the moment. Two big wins, like you say against fancied teams. The big plus for Leeds is having a manager who seems to know what he's doing. You will be thereabouts no doubt.

Nobody has said Frank Lampard is the next best young manager. He’s unproven, and so far not doing great imo was lucky last week against reading.

Mount and tomori looked decent for them everyone else wank

Frank Lampard’s Derby 1-4 Dirty Leeds

Why don’t I put money on these things?

Leeds were unbelievable today, carry on like that and they’ll easily win the title. Debatable whether those energy levels can be sustained all season though.

As expected, we’ll take a few weeks to get going. A lot of new players who need time to gel.

Good to see not every oppo fan is jumping on that band wagon.

The profile he brings is quite obvious, he's an absolute fucking legend in this country and around the world. His management skills are yet to be seen but it's also early days.

tbf to him he absolutely praised us pre-game to be able to bring in the profile of manager we have, Bielsa has been a revalation so far, totally bizarre personality and hit the ground running with high press tactics, we will shock a few this season, before losing to Millwall at the den

Impossible to keep those kind of energy levels up. That's not to say Bielsa won't get them winning games in other ways. Leeds have been playing high energy games the last 18 months, and they do it well. It's not sustainable though. They do seem to have an extra something about them this season though.
