Sutton United have signed Jonah Ayunga on a two-year deal.
From the Sutton website:
“We are really pleased with Jonah signing, as we were really looking for another young forward who we could develop and improve and Jonah certainly fits the bill. He reminds me of the Tommy Wright and Josh Taylor profile of young players that are hungry to do well and are prepared to work very hard to succeed. He certainly impressed us on Saturday and has also trained very well in the last two weeks since pre-season started.
He’s 6’3″, quick and has had a good grounding at Brighton, including a valuable loan spell in the Irish premier league last season. David Hughes once again has proved invaluable in making this deal happen, as he understands the culture of our club and feels Jonah can progress quickly with Sutton United. By signing a two-year deal it gives Jonah the chance to really develop and we think with Bairdy’s influence he can be a great addition to our squad.”
Jonah was also delighted to sign a two year deal with the club. “I got a phone call from the gaffer on Monday afternoon after training and was buzzing to know that he wanted me, and what he feels I can achieve here. I’ve really enjoyed my two weeks here and can’t wait to help the team this season.”

Any chance you could stick that in the League 2 transfer rumours as I don't think it's been mentioned.

*looks over into the promised land* I don't think its been mentioned enough...

That thread is most definitely not "the promised land". Promotion now seems a huge regret having to read that shit.

Turned a new contract down here so he could move closer to London. He's a very good player - looks so awkward and gangly, but has a telescopic leg that means he wins tackles that nobody else would.

Also prone to the odd monumental fuck up, but that's outweighed by the number of man of the matches he picks up.

i'm half expecting Donavan Makoma to sign for Dover now - he's our final (gone missing) French player.....

Torquay have signed Jean-Yves Koue Niate, big strong centre half by looks of things! Any Guiseley or Ebbsfleet fans know what he’s like?

Decent signing for them and with Damian Reeves there, too. Look to have plenty of goals in them this season.
Both those strikers are way past their best now.
Have Gainsborough become a sugar daddy team again? Although Ross Hannah might not be on big money after we paid him off.

Not really. They ran a tight ship after Swann left, which is why they nearly got relegated two seasons ago and relegated last season.

There might be a bit of money put in by the Chairman but nothing significant. I think Reeves is Doncaster based and Hannah is Sheffield so they're both relatively local.

A Cox signing who was soon left out of match squads as he was simply not good enough. He was paid up to leave early I believe.

He also cometely failed to make an impact possibly even a first team appearance in a few weeks he spent with us season before last.

Re-signed Luke James after selling him 4 years ago. Happy with that, just need 2 decent wingers and another CB to hopefully get playoffs

Pools have signed Luke James on a permanent deal.

That is one hell of a signing. What is going on?

What a great signing that is, the player I wanted us to sign the most from last season, feeling pretty optimistic about this season now.

One of the best forwards in non-league, without a doubt. Was a privilege to have him keep us up last season.
