Deeply suspicious of Man Utd since Mourinho was sacked. Everything has gone in their favour since: FA Cup is weakest it's been at this point in years, and now their Champion's League opponent are missing their best player. All too convenient, and the football big wigs would have a lot to lose if their financial darling were to fall down the table organically.

It would be alright if they didn't get Chelsea AWAY in the next round of the Cup, right after they defeated Arsenal also away. :)

Or is it ideal because they get to play two big teams who are famously out of form? I'm sure we all have our own opinions on that, but we all agree it is suspicious.

Okay but what are the options? Liverpool is out, it's only City, you could say for every other team that is weak, or out of form. :)

He ain't all that when big things are expected of him anyway. I'm more concerned about Verratti missing the opening leg. We could still play 3412 without Neymar with di Maria behind Mbappé and Cavani. Would still scare the shit out of United's backline.
Having said that, this United side looks mentally ready for the challenge. Much more than we are (coz our opponents are so shit).

Gonna be a good tie that.

Reality check for Man U?
Quite. I thought apart from the first 10/15 minutes that Utd looked totally out of the game. I was actually surprised how much better PSG were.

Ref wasn't in their favour though I have to say, but still - Utd definitely didn't deserve anything from that game

Ref was fussy generally I thought - very early yellow cards for not a lot but like you say Man U didn't really create anything and PSG look comfortable generally.

Marquinhos nullified Pogba, which made United toothless and ridiculously ordinary. Props to Tuchel for singling this out and winning the game last night (and hopefully the tie!) in what was our first away win in a CL KO tie since Leverkusen back in 13/14.
Went to a famous ground, saw a famous win and was dazzled by the sheer beauty of this ground. Its size, its structure, the Stretford End, rarely have I seen such an impressive stadium. To win there without too much trouble was just the icing on the cake.

Onwards and upwards then. Let's win this thang!

Do you think about Juventus - Atletico Madrid?

In my opinion in the return match Juventus will play a big game but it will eliminated from the competition

Well I turned in the Utd game at 82 mins just drifting off to sleep.

Now all of a sudden I feel like I’m ready to head down to the karaoke bar and sing Mr. Brightside all night

Wtf happened there

I want Ajax to go all the way. To surprise everyone like that in such style shows that the romance in football hasn’t completely died off.
Besides, their squad will be picked apart from the Chumps League mega-vultures in the summer.

Exactly what I thought. Ajax is showing great potential, I'm eager to see what will happen with this team

That VAR penalty miss has come back to bite Man City ..

No wonder they aren't keen on it !

Ofcouse City would be out of the FA cup had VAR been used .

Swings and roundabouts I guess ?

I have to say, I reckon that was the best game I've ever watched last night.

You just couldn't take your eyes off of it. I even found myself jumping celebrating any time a goal went in, I got totally sucked into it.

Brilliant!

It was the Liverpool 4 - 3 Newcastle Utd of our time with added VAR thrown in!

If Liverpool win the league its surely got to be a complete failure by Guardiola and he should be on for the sack.

On paper one of the most expensive and high quality teams around currently, with the best facilities, best support, bet coaching set-up and would amount to just 1 league win and a couple of league cups in 3 season.

I listened to it on the radio and it sounded as if the difference was that Fernandinho didn't play. His replacement cost 2 goals. Fine margins. I feel that Man City will win this weekend and all their remaining games to clinch the League. I would really like to see Liverpool win it but felt they lost it when they drew twice in a week about 3 or 4 months ago to West Ham and I think Leicester. Those 4 points would have been enough.
