A real dilemma here. We, well the vast majority, want Johnson out and the consensus is lose this and he's gone, not that I believe it.
Lose this, he's probably gone, draw, maybe he's gone, win and he stays.
Lose this and we are in deep shit but could we improve under someone else in time to stand a chance of survival?
I expect a really poisonous atmosphere, especially when we, inevitably, go behind.
No Tammy again, I assume yet Burton are missing the likes of Kightley.
I'll go for a draw which solves absolutely nothing and more delusional bullshit from our owner.
No, I won't be going as I've got better things to do than watch Johnson's tripe plus I'm working anyway.

1-1, 15780 actually there but announced as 17,656.

0-1 Burton I reckon, they're the stronger side.

1-1, really a game we need to win but Blackburn will probably do no better than match our result so we'll stay out of the bottom three :ffs:

They're playing Wigan aren't they? Perfect result there for both ourselves and Burton would be a draw.

Hadn't noticed, yeah draw would be decent if we could remember how to win.

What an utter shitfest this is going to be.

JOHNSON OUT!
I think Burton are alright David, we can't really add them to our shitfest. It's not their fault that we are imploding with worrying speed.

JOHNSON OUT!

We have a casualty list. So not at our strongest.
Be delighted with a draw, but who knows - could nick it.
I'm expecting goals.
I will say 2-2

You'll be fine then Mark. Lansdown will carry on blindly backing the useless pillock as he chose him and his ego won't let him be seen as wrong.
The fans are walking away in droves but he's still counting them on attendances if they've bought a season ticket.
We are fooked!

Today was our 6th defeat in a row, we look totally inept, can't score, can't defend, it seems identical to the relegation season of a couple of years ago. We are both bloody useless at the moment, and the irony is that we've both spunked away so much money compared to clubs around us on absolute dross. We could both go down and Wigan stay up, which is a very likely scenario.

We dream of only being at 6! 3 wins since October 1st Mark, beat that! 24 sodding games!

I agree it's bad, but we don't even draw, just lose

For what it's worth, we have won 4 games (one was against you) since September 24th, so we are pretty even on being equally shit :ffs:

A 40 year old up front on his own and a 0 0 against Burton bloody Albion. A rag tag team made up of Dads Army Championship rejects.

3-6-1 what a formation.

Cotterill crap, sorry he is another like Freeman who doesnt bring much product at this level. A much nicer bloke though.

Reid rubbish, Flint hooooooffff, 2 defensive midfielders playing the whole match.

Tomlin 50% chance he did that deliberately. Id have JET over him any day.

Djuric great, what a bloke.

We are going down and it is unbelieveable.

I think that is the must frustrating factor about all of this. We are capable of winning away to Stoke and Liverpool and we put in god awful performances week in, week out in the league when it matters. It shows the is potential there, but something is clearly wrong if it's not being shown in league fixtures.

Happy with a point from a pretty turgid game.
Nothing wrong with the disallowed goal in my opinion. We got out of jail
There.
Not sure how dyer missed that open goal for us..terrible finish.
Penalty was shocking. Such a bad finish. Again, we got lucky.
Fantastic ground. Really impressive.
Was a good day out overall.
Onto Wednesday on Tuesday now. ( so to speak )..

Burton got lucky with the goal but the penalty decision was cringeworthy. Just the ref trying to even things up and Id have been embarrassed to win like that

Maybe Tomlin thought the same

Bit late but, well, yeah. Erm. We kept a clean sheet...

That was diabolical. We've switched lineup and formation about 500 times this season and that's what we're left with: 11 individuals, none of whom on the same wavelength, no one with any idea where to go, what their job is, who's going to make a run. We'd play one pass and the man would be left with nothing on, no one making an angle, nothing. It's not a case of attitude or lack of effort there was just no plan or shape or system or patterns of play or anything. I almost feel for LJ, it's really like he doesn't have a clue what to do at this stage, and is just chucking out something different and hoping for the best. Which in this case became 'lump it up to the big man and hope for the best'. Which lost effectiveness after 10 mins when the wind died down. Non league stuff.

Burton were marginally better than Rotherham but weren't exactly decent. To their credit they were throwing their bodies on the line, 3 shots cleared off the line in the space of 5 secs at one point, but I was surprised they didn't go for it a bit more. When they did get forward they zipped it about quite nicely, got in behind us with ease at times, but it didn't happen often. Had 4 men back from their own set pieces, it was bizarre. I get that a point's a good result for them and it was an important game not to lose but a win would've been excellent. And we were there for the taking.

Hell they would've done if Dyer hadn't lived up to his name with one of the worst misses I've ever seen. I mean fuck me sometimes you see them skied if it takes a bit of a bobble but to put it wide  And we could've in spite of that with the missed pen and the softly disallowed goal. But no one deserved to win that game.

Shoutout this week to the guy behind me. Didn't hear a sound from him all 90 minutes, clearly because he was saving up for the most thunderous boo you've ever heard. Properly put his back into it, tremendous stuff. 10/10.

I'm going to picture JJH as him from now on
