Starting on minus 12 points plus whatever they get given for failing to fulfill fixtures. Gonna be a long slog for them if they lose another 6 or so for the second offence.

Think we need an administration rather than relegation thread next season, what with the Bury situation too. Good for those of us who lurk in the depths of the table. Terrible for the fans of course.

They’re lucky they haven’t been expelled completely... yet. That’s what finally killed off Rushden.

If they only got another 6 points, that wouldn't be harsh enough on the club.

Luton had what, -30 in L2? Bournemouth had roughly -17?

-30 but also -10 the previous season. The EFL have admitted since that point it was a mistake and those days are gone. Rotherham also had -17.

Remember AFC Bournemouth are now run by a Russian oligarch.

The same Bolton (ok fine, Gartside) who wanted a closed shop PL2.
Yeah but I’m thinking on a fan level, I couldn’t give a toss about the fans affection for Rushden because it was nothing more than a vanity project (ie Salford bar the original 200 fans)

The Championship is near enough a closed shop full of teams spinning out multi-million losses now anyway.

Absolutely no chance it will only be 12 points once all is done and dusted. More like 24-30.

Oh I know. I studied there for 4 years, about 20 mins walk from the ground.

Always makes me laugh when people say how well they've done spending no money as such a small club etc

Them and Bury will take up two of the relegation places anyway.
Quite likely but i dont think we will be having any points deduction. Its either get new owners before the next court date or bust. Our owner will not pay for Admin.
