No idea how Houston managed to get Justin Reid in the 3rd round. Should have gone in the first.

Mike McCarthy gone from Green Bay. In a way just because it’s the Packers I’m surprised they made the move mid-season but clear he’d run his course there and contriving to lose to the Cards of all teams would be the final straw. Will be a very good coach elsewhere (Cleveland possibly).

Excellent all round performance from the Pats. Shut down Diggs and Thielen and managed to get good production against a top defence in the running game. Most convincing win of the season for me.

Went to Oakland and came away with the W. D has been suspect all season so not going to overreact on that point but was a joy to see recent events haven’t put a massive dampener on team spirit. 40 points and could have been more had Hill not had such a bad game.

Bit of a free hit for the Vikings today with Chicago and Carolina losing, but disappointed that having tied it up after a slow start we then proceeded to do absolutely nothing after that. Pats, by their standards, weren't fantastic on offense and they were there for the taking, but ultimately their superiority shone through.

Poor offensive play calling yet again, just not convinced we can beat anyone remotely good. I'll be at CenturyLink a week Monday for MNF against the Seahawks, the way they're going I can't see us threatening them much, we will again just have to hope results elsewhere are favourable.

I think Pittsburgh will likely just sneak over the line in the end but this is special from Phil Rivers. Probably been more eye popping box scores but some of his work at the line of scrimmage on the tight windows he can throw in to are a joy to watch.

Keenan Allen has been pretty spectacular too it must be said.

Nice and fitting that most of us are finishing fantos at sixes and sevens.

Landed back in the UK this morning after 5 days in Pittsburgh. Wonderful city and so many things to do, friendly locals (even if plenty initially thought I was Australian), but in truly typical fashion I had to be there to see the Steelers blow a 16+ point lead for the first time in franchise history.

The false start call on the Chargers TD was hilarious, everybody in the stadium thought the play was dead only to see that it had been awarded. I'm still racking my head around how the sideline judge managed to miss their tackles commit a good half dozen false starts.

All I can say is that Sunday night was your typical Steelers performance under Mike Tomlin - frustrating inconsistency. The second half across the board was a joke, blown coverages, ineffective offense and Sean Davis hand gifting the Chargers their second touchdown.

I'm not sure if it was shown on the NBC telecast but with it being alumni weekend, they had players from the Superbowl XIII and XLIII winning teams on the field at HT - I think it was fair to say the Heinz Field roofs were blown off when Mean Joe Greene was introduced.

I was also surprised how many Chargers fans were in the stadium. I was chatting to a few San Diegans in a bar before the game and they were living on the East Coast now so it was a perfect excuse to visit.

We're in the consolation bracket and you finished second best in that bracket so get a bye to the semi-final.

Amazing how many people finished 6-7. I finished with that record in 7th, despite scoring the 2nd highest number of points. I’m not bitter mind

Can we watch the playoffs on it? From what I’ve read we can but I’ve been told otherwise. Might be a daft question so apologies in advance but I’ve only just paid for it with the main purpose of watching our playoff games.

I’m not 100% sure actually, sorry. It’s a question I should be able to answer however, I have sky so tend to watch the play-off games on there.

I know that games shown on Sky are usually blacked out on Gamepass but not entirely sure if this is the case for play-off games too.

Needed that KC win to keep the Ravens back and given our record in Oakland (no win there since 1995), we need to keep ahead where possible.

LJ Fort getting burned by Jared Cook, I swear to God if this team doesn't adjust for Gronk next week then we deserve to lose.

On a positive note, JuJu Smith-Schuster is elite. My word what a TD grab.

What a fucking end to the game in KC!! made all the more amazing by that last play in Miami (sorry kieran_vale get in TomPNE94)

Actually didn’t see the game as was on a flight at that time but could tell something bad had happened on landing by the amount of “FFS” and “OMG’s” filling my Twitter timeline. Once in a lifetime play that came off but really why Gronk was in at safety is something only the coaching staff will know as Tannehill was never hitting a Hail Mary from there, should have gone with our normal defensive unit.

Think the road to the Super Bowl definitely goes through Kansas now. We have a big game in Pittsburgh next week as need that #2 seed for the bye at least. They will be smarting after losing to the Raiders but that result is such a typical Mike Tomlin coached team result. Standard of coaching does not meet the quality of players they have.

Re your question on Gamepass in the playoffs yeah you can see them live or at least we could last year.

One other thing to note though on a day of strange things like that I see Mark Sanchez achieved a 0 passer rating so at least there’s that constant. Seriously though it’s shit like that which is really strengthening Colin Kaepernicks collusion case against the NFL.

There have been some impressive implosions so far. I know it happens every year, but it's still funny to watch. Loving the Redskins going to shit as per. Is Dan Synder really that thick that he can't see the roster needs blowing up, not having more money thrown at it? Especially with Smith looking increasingly unlikely to return from his leg break.

Panthers have lost 5 straight and probably won't make it in given they have to play the Saints twice in their last 3. Is it Cam the sham, or are their issues elsewhere?

Then there are Bish's Bengals. Not surprising, as this roster was always sub 500. calibre(8-8 at best) and yes, they've had injuries. But surely, surely, surely, it's Marv's time. Saw some media people saying he didn't really want to come back but was persuaded to at the end of last year. This has got to be it now. Right?

And whilst I'm sure they'll still reach the playoffs, the Steelers are having a big wobble. Lost 3 straight and the Pats and Saints up next. Finishing 8-7-1 is looking more and more likely. Does that see them make it? They could really do with an elite RB right about now.... ;)

Heading back up north from MNF last night, another woefully inept Vikings offensive performance, safe to say DeFilippo has been a total flop as our OC, some of the stats last night, especially on 3rd down, are crazy. Cousins isn't short of blame either, his numbers against good teams are very poor, but he's shown enough to me that with the right coordinator (Shurmur last year...) he would thrive. I hope we spare ourselves the embarrassment of a wildcard humiliation at this point to be honest, but everyone behind us seems to be stumbling too.

CenturyLink is still as loud as I remember it from my previous NFL visit a few years ago, the constant shrieking from the two women stood next to me is still ringing in my ears the morning after....

What an incredible comeback from the Chargers (sorry Craig ). If it weren't for Mahomes then Phil Rivers would be my MVP for the season, had a brilliant season. Love the coaching from Lynn to go for the 2 pointer to win it also whether it came off or not.

What the hell were the Steelers secondary doing on that Pats TD? Not that am complaining.

I don't think either of these teams can stop each other so will likely be about who has the ball last will win.

You forgot the key ingredient here which is that Bill Belichick will adjust at half-time, something that Mike Tomlin is unable to do.
