Unreal second half performance from us, 2 down to Chippenham and looking pretty useless. Total transformation after the break. Said it before and I'll say it again, Fabien Robert is different gravy.

They are pretty much down but Truro aren't officially relegated yet. They need to win by 3 against Slough and hope Hungerford lose to Thurrock (both very doubtful).
Truro’s GD is 3 better than Hungerford not worse. Still unlikely that Hungerford will lose to East Thurrock anyway though!

Another huge 3 points for Gloucester. Really hope they stay up and are transferred North.
If I remember right when a team is moved North or South they then can't be moved for 3 seasons. So surely that means Gloucester will be staying and 2 out of Oxford, Hemel, St Albans or Braintree will be going North.

i've said it before and i'll say it again - no offence - but the south can keep Braintree...

Their owner has blown all that money on their playing squad and management/coaching staff - But forgot about the infrustructure it seems.

Surely you'd have thought at the start of the season, they'd be aware that their ground needs an awful lot of work done to it to be anywhere near ready for the National League.

Anyone thats been to Concord will know..............Its next to a sewage works and holiday caravan park (Oh Yeah). Plus there is only one set of toilets in the club house (albeit well sized ones).

I saw they put in some new seats in their only seating part in the latter part of the summer, but seriously?

I see Wealdstone have snook in the play offs. Good to see its at the expense of Bill and Ricky. Good luck Stones.
so with the exception of Chelmsford all of the play off teams are trying to get back into Conference National - even Wealdstone have been there before.

Chelmsford seem to be in the NLS playoffs every year yet never come up.

Wealdstone, needing four results to go their way including their own, have snuck into the play offs. Quite remarkable.

A week ago when I went to the Dulwich game it looked all over for you - and pretty much all your fans seemed to think so too - can't believe you've made it but fair play.

Anyone but Met Police.

The most pointless team in existence.

I'll give them credit for punching way above their weight, they are not bankrolled, are well run and have a decent youth setup, but they became pointless as soon as they decided that players didn't need to be in the police!

Although - they probably aren't as pointless as Molesey - who are Molesey's second largest team behind Met Police and were relegated from step 4 today on the lowest average attendance in the whole of steps 1-4...

At 5pm last Saturday we were dead and buried, but a remarkable set of results on Monday and even more so y/day saw us into the play offs. All matches away from home where we play better as well. A very long shot still, but you never know.....

He has the potential to play a lot higher, was incredible for us in the National League until he got a 6 week injury. While injured and following his injury, it seemed his attitude was nowhere near the level of his ability which is why he is playing for you now.

Worcester and Stortford got agreements from the FA (2 seasons stay for Worcester as they had been switched previously) and Stortford got a one off payment as they were moved late. But there's no rule stating clubs can't be moved until they've done 2/3 seasons. So if the FA decide people are moving, subject to any appeal, they're moving.

Sadly a bit before my time so I would absolutely love a year in the National, we'd come straight back down but I'd have a great time going to some places up North that I would otherwise never visit.

That second half yesterday was a rollercoaster of emotion, what a goal by Jake Shepherd however to sneak us into the final spot - it was the most nonchalant/blaise/audacious chip you're likely to see this season.

We'll likely get pumped by Bath on Wednesday night but I'll be there hoping we can get ourselves to Woking for the following Sunday.

Wealdstone had a bit of a reputation when they were in conference national - Stuart Pearce was one of the softer players.....

The team could certainly look after themselves especially the double winning side, which combined toughness with flair.

They're funded by the Police Lottery, so they are sort of bankrolled by tens of thousands of subscriptions from people who take no interest and don't attend matches. Although I believe the funding has been cut back in recent seasons compared to a few years ago when they were first promoted to the Isthmian Premier, and they're unlikely to get a bigger playing budget just because they reach a higher level.

I was looking at a map and if they go by lines of latitude Braintree is furthest north, followed by Gloucester then Oxford. (Although for as long as Gloucester play at Evesham that is furthest north.) If they go by proximity to motorway routes it gets more debatable.

Not Police must fancy their chances of making it now having beaten Salisbury in last nights semi.

Theyre now at home in both the Southern PO final, and in the final eliminator.

Nice ground, but gates seldom get above 100, without a copper in sight.
