We have West Brom in home in what I am expecting to be completely unmemorable. Still going though.

Well I was completely wrong, what a great game. Enjoyable atmosphere and a fantastic performance by everyone of the players. How WBA have not accepted 20 mil for Berahino is beyond me, he was beyond awful.

Hoping for a big club away now as a money spinner, 28 undefeated!

What I am hoping for in the 3rd Round, a big club at home (Chelsea, City, Utd)
What we will get..................northern Championship club away (PNE for example)

As expected, we lost.

Nothing to be ashamed of really, we lost to a better side.
Yep, fair play for you lot managing to get to extra-time. Good luck to you for the season.

Could not have been more proud of Rovers last night. To score twice at Stamford Bridge and lose by the odd goal is a great achievement against a side like Chelsea with the first team players they played.

Our support was outstanding too - 4000 Gasheads absolutely out-sung their supporters all game. As I was walking out the ground, with my Rovers shirt on, a number of Chelsea fans came up to me and shook my hand, saying congratulations and praising how loud we were. When you get comments like that it makes you incredibly proud.

Was a good evening out last night, we put in a much better performance than I expected too.

Onto Saturday, hopefully we can carry that good performance though.

Spurs away for us, happy with that (as I'm sure Mr Scally is too).

Manchester United at Sixfields. Shame it's not at Old Trafford

In the immortal words of that great thespian Sir Daniel of Dyer in the cinematic gem, Football Factory;

Could have got Arsenal at the Den if we'd taken the Forest tie seriously. Would have been the first time we've played them in 20 years. It's the fixture I most want to see us play.

Oh well.

Fantastic draw for us, with Man U playing on the Sunday before I assume we will play on the Wednesday and therefore on TV, all extra cash in the coffers!

Making up a tiny bit of money for the poor Holmes and Toney sales, and inevitable cheap Smith sale.

This concerns me massively. Hes out of contract at the end of this season and I dont know how it will work with him turning 24 in November with regards to compensation. Think he would benefit from another season at this level, dont see him being sold now or in Jan though.

Are we playing on Tuesday or Weds against Spurs? It should be Weds, as they are playing on Sunday, but no indication as yet.
(Train, leave and match ticket to sort out)
