Well done to Northants on their T20 despite the best efforts of Mark Wood (encouraging for England to see him back in form)

Onto the ODIs - lets hope the weather doesn't get in the way like is has for the tests in the West Indies and South Africa..

Pakistan now the Number one side in the world (would have been us if we'd beaten them..)

Good start for Kent, hopefully we don't continue our habit of letting sides back in after getting rid of their top order early.

What's happening to Yorkshire!?

Lost all our players to England duty.

This seems to have gone a bit under the radar ahead of the pyjama cricket series starting tomorrow. Personally I think it's an excellent idea so I hope the technology proves to be up to the task.

I'd rather the on field umpire still call it if they think its a no ball

Good to see Wood back in the side, Stokes has played a little and Buttler no cricket and chucked straight back in... going to be interesting.

Anyone just watch that? He just middled the ball onto pad and it was given out LBW, no reviews left

Commentators slamming Sharjeel for using the review earlier as well, was an awful decision to review it mind.

Injury. He didn't bowl for Durham on finals day either.
Yeah I know more of the case of him being selected as a specialist batsman for 2 games to start with.

Would you pick him just as a batsmen or anyone on here for that matter? Not sure I would tbh

Bairstow got to be feeling quite unlucky not to get selected with Jos in and Stokes as a specialist, would back him to do better than either.

Pretty sure he will be in the next match or the one after there probably just giving him a mini break he's the in form batsmen in world cricket I'd say

Dunno about that, India's #4 looks a bit tasty. Only one year older than the fantastic four too

As a bastman no, regardless of the form. Too eccentric. Like, in tests he'll go out but at most you're expecting a quick fire 40 at most, he's an Ali. Stokes is stronger with the ball than with the bat imo, despite being a batting all-rounder

Decent day for Kent, shame about losing 14 overs though.

Also, a pity that Essex dragged it back.

Last night all seemed to be too easy for England. It was almost like our batsmen were just enjoying a knock on the training field.

Can see why Pakistan are so low in the ODI rankings

Sam Curran is showing some serious promise, pretty handy with the bat too.

Aye they're a lot like England in this format little over a year ago.

Good clinical effort from England though. Felt all very low key as this target was never going to test England.
