Every so often, maybe once a year, I have the ear wax removed but it's done by micro suction which is more comfortable than syringing in my humble opinion.

A guid dram
I get dizzy for about 5 mins when I get my ears syringed. It's great once it's all done though and you're able to hear again.

I had that done when I was about 8, and it was one of the worst experiences of pain I've had.

It's a weird sensation. Warm water pumped into your ear, then when the blocks clear feels like you can hear a pin drop from a mile away.
And a fly fart through your neighbours wall.

I think the procedure has vastly improved since 1996. ;)

Going to see my brother in Leipzig for my birthday, gonna see Dynamo Dresden play Erzgebirge Aue on the Friday and Halifax Town play Atlético Club Quiebra Parque Avenida on the Saturday. First trip abroad in a long time, can't bloody wait!

Lucky bastard! I've been to the ground but it was for the Women's World Cup. I'd kill to watch a Buli Zwei game there!

Chilling on a Saturday with beer and watching a stream of football...knowing in two weeks it'll be back again.

(Then this will be put in the things we hate thread).

It sounds like they're resurgent now, and after seeing their fans at VfL Osnabrück's place two years ago for an early midweek fixture they made a hell of a lot of noise and came in superb numbers for such a long trip. As a non-league tinpotter, the Dresden Stadion screams "soulless dome" but I can imagine that preconception vanishing as soon as I get caught up in the atmosphere in and around the ground!

Gotta love beach & 7's. Having lads from rival teams pissed up and playing rugby, what could possibly go wrong

Good memories.

Already seperated for five weeks now. Still feels right and wrong at the same time, but more right i think.

Will keep her, and our good times, in my heart

I think I've said this before but Amazon. Tax dodging fuckers they might be but in terms of variety of choice, delivery speed and after sales service they're second to none. You can see why they're so popular. I bought some cheap SoundMagic earphones about 6 weeks back so I don't have to take my expensive ones on my commute every day, and one of the earpieces has started cutting out intermittently. Contacted Amazon this morning via live chat, within 5 minutes they'd arranged a new set to be delivered tonight along with a return label for a free return of the faulty ones.

My water usage/bill being covered in the £36 service charge I pay per month for the property. For a family of 3 we use a ridiculous amount of water.

Do you have a bidet?

I do not, sadly. Asians usually have this water pouring device beside the toilet.

I do tend to sit in the bath for about 20 minutes pretty much everyday. Son loves bubble baths. Missus showers everyday. Leave the tap running unnecessarily etc etc.

I thought it was bathing that wasn't allowed? I had a stint of installing loads of showers for Asian doctors residing at Hospital residencies because they were just throwing buckets over themselves.
