My mate was at that game and involved in the violence. Remember seeing the video and laughing seeing him there fighting.

I was in attendance, what's his name (nickname)..? A lot of stuff went off away to the right in the field. Leeds were praised by the local plod.

Right, I'm confused.

You're happy about them spending £7m on Ben Brereton but you're angry that you're £m's in debt. Surely you should be angry that they're spending that much on what will probably be a fringe player when it should be going towards clearing the debt you're so angry about?

You seem confused about what it is you want from them.
The only way they’re clearing the debt is promotion to the Premier League, so they need to invest in the playing squad to reach the Premier League.

A new manager would help and all...

Not really, they could have sold Dack for £15m and cleared the debt, would that have made you happy?

Did we not establish the only bid they officially received for Dack was 5m?

£39.

Jesus Christ. What's the world coming to?

I guess they're only charging it because they know Leeds will sell out.

Charging our own fans the same

Very true in some stands...exactly as we do at ER, the difference is home fans have an element of choice in other cheaper sections of the ground until sold out - away fans dont.

I think I paid £36 last season for a Tuesday night.

I know it only costs a few quid to get there on the train from Derby but it still doesn't make it right.

I'd rather pay £27 at Hull plus £20 for the train like I did last week than the same overall spend with the match ticket being £36 at Hillsborough. It's the principle I guess.

Will probably still be there at the end November though.

Your fans are paying the same as our cheapest for home fans (non members) though, there is no area cheaper.

Surprised at this many after last visit for a Friday night game.
It will probably be 3,600 in upper tier and 1,000 in bottom.
Still around 1,000 unused seats for segregation.

Wilton Arms is a good away pub Liam - shite choice of beers/ciders in there but it's been lively in there the two times I've been. 10 minute walk from the ground as well if that.

Drink in Brum is the best bet.
Around New Street? We tried going in the Spoons by the station for Brum away and on the way back from Boro and they said they're strictly no football fans in as I'm sure we've discussed on here before. There's a pub next to it that's supposed to be alright so will try that for next time, the away pub outside St Andrews is wank as well.

The Briar Rose you’re on about, and yes they have stopped football fans going in. Loads of decent places in brum, all depends if you can be arsed or not. I like the jewellery Quarter, which is not far from the city centre.
