Have no issue with Scunthorpe really apart from it’s an awful ground to go to when it’s cold, them and Shrewsbury final would be interesting... think going to Glanford Park would be a bit of a culture shock for Stoke and West Brom!

Fairplay Shrewsbury.

Bit annoying that every big decision went against us and we’ve been beaten by a goal scored by someone that shouldn’t have been on the pitch BUT we’ve been crap over both legs and it’s clear to see that your lightyears ahead of us.

Better in every department.

Oh well, amazing achievement for Bowyer to even get us in the top 6 and Roland set to sell in the next couple of days, that’s the bigger picture for us which hopefully means we come back stronger next year.

Good luck to the remaining 3 and see the rest of you next season! What fun!

Yes they were.

The decisions were terrible and could obviously have changed the tie but they aren’t the reasons we’re not going to Wembley.

This squad has severe limitations, Shrewsbury better than us in every single way.

My twopenneth for what its worth.

A fairly even 180minutes of football, I didnt go on Thursday but watched and whilst being pleased with a lead I've seen enough football to admit that we could have gone into today at least 2 down.

Today we started the betterand had the 2 noteworthy chances of the first half. Real time, from a long way away I thought it was a pen but the Morris challenge happened right in front of us and for me the Charlton lad did what all their team did for the 90 minutes, went down far to easily after minimal or no contact. I havent seen it back but that was my initial impression.

Our season has been built on fitness and holding onto leads, we've only really blown away Bristol Rovers at home so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that we won both games 1-0. There is a reason we pushed the top 2 to the end and finished 16 points ahead of Charlton.

Great atmosphere today, the Charlton fans were loud throughout, bar a period at the start of the second half when we were certainly on top in the game.

Idiots from both sets of fans after we scored, caught the stewards out and it could have turned a lot nastier than it did.

I think a red for Morris would have been very harsh, yellow more really.

Charlton should’ve had a penalty though for the handball.

Shrews reminded me a little bit of ourselves when we came up. Organised, gritty and determined and with a bit of quality in the right areas (the first leg goal was absolutely fantastic). From what we've seen, that translates well into the Championship, probably better than a 'quality footballing team' does. If Shrews make it and keep the style whilst adding 2 or 3 good additions there's no reason they couldn't trouble the top half in the league above.

I’ve only just started to come back down to Earth.

WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE SEASON THIS HAS BEEN!!!

Already nervous for the final, don’t know how I’m going to cope these next 2 weeks. Hopefully it’ll be 5th time lucky for us at Wembley, I really can’t handle another defeat there. Expecting around 20,000 and 25,000 Salopians descending on Wembley Way on the 27th.
