They demonstrably are. They've won three games and got further than any other British side in these finals, finishing above England in the group and then knocking out Northern Ireland. Considering their last several qualification campaigns, their achievement is absolutely awesome. It's natural for you to be jealous.

Wales are shit they just have the togetherness and desire in the squad that's needed to play for your country. Something we lack massively. Other than 1 player none of there team would get in England's team. Maybe Williams at the back might too. Hence the reason they lost to us and fully deserved to lose to us too. However I'd rather go and watch the players in the Wales team playing for my country than the wankers in our team. Although with there celebrations the other night they really did show how small and pathetic they are to care that much about England. I think Belgium will be far too good tonight there playing with great confidence it seems I'll go for a 4-1 win to Belgium.

I can't imagine England players bothering to watch another game, let alone enjoy it together. Carragher said when he played, most of his England team mates were just not arsed about watching other teams' games. Something wrong there. Good for Wales.

They beat Slovakia because of a goalkeeping error.

They were absolutely shocking against us and deservedly lost.

They beat a shocking Russia side.

They beat Northern Ireland because their only top player did something good unlike anyone else and they needed an own goal to scrape a past a very poor side, and they should have lost, NI were by far the better side.

They're only in this competition because of Bale, sorry but that is just a fact.

They weren't celebrating England conceding, they were celebrating England being knocked out of Euro 16 by Iceland. It isn't about being liked or creating rivalry, it's about having fun. I can't imagine any of the Welsh team will worry about whether England fans or players celebrate when they lose or not.

I find it astonishing that someone could even attempt to argue against Wales being better than England in Euro 2016, or that they don't deserve to be in the quarters. Wales are perhaps a bit limited in their style of play, and do indeed rely a little too much on Garath Bale, and to a lesser extent Aaron Ramsey. But what team wouldn't rely on their two best players? It's a stupid argument.

They fully deserve to be in the quarter finals, and we fully deserved to be knocked out. Because we're shit. The end.

Gonna to be tough for Wales tonight, Belgium starting to click and are looking a better side then in qualifying although Hazard and De Bruyne wont get the space they had against Hungary. The spirit the Welsh have shown has been brilliant, Gareth Bale showing Ronaldo how to be a proper team player and leader on and off the pitch.

Hopefully Belgium's defensive problems might help as well, Vertonghen will be a big miss. The pitch being shite might help as well, making it tight and scrappy will suit the Welsh better.

Reckon they'll be one goal in it either way.

Stop being sensible, this is neither the time nor the place. This is the place to moan about Wales being crap despite beating two teams England couldn't and being a one man team despite Bale not even being our best player so far.

Will we win tonight? Not likely, but not impossible. The England game was terrible as we gave a poor team to much respect. Something we won't do against a Belgium team who we know how to beat.

Whatever happens it's been a great summer to be a Wales fan and the foundations are there to build upon in terms of qualifying for future tournaments

I really think Wales can do it if they play it cautiously (which they will) and if A. Williams is 100% (which he might not be). The pressure's all on Belgium, and Wales have the psychological edge after the qualifiers. Belgium really struggled against Italy and Wales will play with a similar shape, so fuck it. Why not. 1-0 Wales!
